It`s a comun aspect to talk about the food of some part of the world ,but in my region, Afghanistan its a cultural aspect ,not only for the food , its because the way they eat it !!
They always eat it with the right hand , its a tradition !!
In adition , the food its really spicy ("as cardamom, which lends a sweet, aromatic quality to drinks and dishes."(1)

The main food its always based in rice,meat and vegetables.
